Martin Koval'

Before joining Strelička & Partners Martin Kovaľ worked in some of the leading Czech-Slovak law firms.

As part of his legal practice, Martin Kovaľ focused on providing legal advice to major business companies and public corporations in their areas of responsibility, focusing recently on the law of information and communication technologies. Martin Kovaľ participated in the implementation of important projects related to the supply of information systems, system integration, electronic communication services, including projects worth hundreds of millions of crowns. He also participated in the development of model contracts for major companies.

During his previous legal practice Martin Kovaľ also dealt with the dispute agenda. He has been involved in representing clients in international arbitrations and in resolving disputes before Czech courts, as well as advising clients on insolvency proceedings. He has also been involved in advising major healthcare companies, especially health insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies.
