Jan Strelicka is a founding partner of the law firm. Prior to the founding of Strelička & Partners, he worked for several years in renowned law firms.
Jan Strelicka provided legal support for many projects of a private or public nature whose value amounts to several billion crowns. He worked on the preparation of comprehensive contractual and related documentation for projects from various fields (eg construction, ICT, specialized services) and was responsible for the legal implementation of these projects. He supported clients in the realization of several mergers and acquisitions, working with due diligence and negotiation of key contract and transaction documents.
In addition, Jan Strelička successfully solved client disputes in dozens of proceedings before civil and administrative courts, before the Arbitration Court at the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic (including the settlement of domain disputes), the ICC International Court of Arbitration or the Office for the Protection of Competition.
Jan Strelička is also active in publishing. He is the author or co-author of a number of journal articles and a publication of the Judgment Case on Public Procurement. He also participated in the revision of the commentary on the Public Procurement Act.
