Michal Uko
Michal Uko is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University in Brno. He gained his work experience in law at college, at a renowned Brno law firm.
Prior to joining the law firm Strelička & Partners, he worked as a lawyer in a well-established general practice practice where he gained experience in most of the legal branches that he subsequently applied in his practice as an independent lawyer.
Michal Uko has provided comprehensive legal services to clients in the field of contractual law, commercial and civil law, labor law, family law and criminal law, including representation and defense of clients before the courts and the recovery of health damage. He has been involved in the legal provision of projects of significant Czech and foreign companies, especially in the fields of engineering, energy, health and ICT.
Experience also includes ICT rights, intellectual property rights, insolvency law and public procurement law.
